Frequently asked questions... (and a few others!)


It's great to ask questions... and we love to give you the answers. Below are some of the most popular topics on our list but if you have any questions which are not answered here, please let us know and our wedding DJs will be more than happy to help you with any more information that you require.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Our professional wedding discos are highly regarded in the region and we are recommended by lots of wedding venues. We often find that Brides & Grooms book their wedding entertainment at least a year in advance! For this reason, and to avoid disappointment, please let us know as soon as you have made your decision. We will then arrange to save your date and email you with booking instructions. A small deposit of £75.00 reserves your date with nothing further to pay until 30 days before your wedding day.

Will you play our requests?

YES! When you book your wedding disco with us, you and your guests will be able to login to the client/guest areas of our site and request songs in advance of your wedding day. You can even let us know the songs that you don't want us to play! Of course, we are also able to take requests on the night from our extensive digital music collection.


What will my DJ be wearing?


Our DJs are smart and presentable. They are always dressed appropriately to suit your function and occasion. This normally means a company shirt and smart trousers, but if you would prefer us in a suit or tie, then this can be arranged too!


How early do you need to arrive to set up our wedding disco?


It depends on the wedding disco package that you have selected. It normally takes us about 90 minutes to set up. We will confirm timings when we receive your booking. For a small additional charge we can arrange for an 'early set up' so that everything is installed prior to your arrival at the venue enabling you to relax and enjoy your day with minimal disturbance to you and your guests. An early set up has already been included in our Wedding Reception EXTRA, Complete Wedding and Premier Wedding packages.


Can you provide formal announcements throughout our wedding day?


Of course! We can announce the cutting of the cake, the first dance, the arrival of the bride and groom, the start of the buffet and anything else specific to your wedding.


Is a wireless microphone for our wedding speeches included?


We have wireless microphones available for you to use during speeches and toasts. These have already been included in our Wedding Reception EXTRA, Complete Wedding and Premier Wedding packages.


Do you bring backup disco equipment?


All of our equipment is modern and well maintained. However, we do bring a range of back up equipment so that we can keep the party going just in case!


My venue has asked me to provide Public Liability Insurance and PAT Certificates for my wedding disco. Do you have these?


Yes, We hold a £10 million Public Liability Insurance (PLI) policy and our equipment is PAT tested for electrical safety. The relevent documents can be issued to your venue upon request along with any relevant Risk Assessments if required.


Do you provide a contract for our wedding disco?


Yes. Before you pay a deposit, we will email you a digital booking agreement and a copy of our terms and conditions. This agreement forms a contract between us and will protect your wedding disco booking.

How much do you charge for a wedding disco and DJ?

What are your specific requirements? Where is your venue and how long do you need us to perform? Every wedding is different so the best way to get an accurate price is to fill in the form on our Quote page, letting us know the details of your event and any other helpful information. Once we have an idea of your needs, we will be able to give you a quote. We have different packages to suit most budgets so get in touch today!
